This introductory class covers fundamental aspects of pistol ownership, marksmanship, and concealed carry. Topics discussed include:

• Firearm safety.
• Self defense pistol selection.
• Defensive pistol marksmanship.
• Malfunction clearances.
• Concealed carry equipment and use.
• Virginia concealed carry laws and procedures.
• Dry fire practice.

You are welcome to bring a cased firearm of your choice. 

NO LIVE AMMO IS ALLOWED IN THE CLASSROOM!

There is no live fire involved in this class and it does satisfy Virginia requirements for a concealed handgun permit.
