Committee Descriptions

Rifle / Pistol Committee

Responsible for managing the rifle and pistol range, including range maintenance, overseeing and monitoring safety protocols, and providing feedback to the Board.

Shotgun Committee

Responsible for managing the shotgun range, including range maintenance, overseeing and monitoring safety protocols, and providing feedback to the Board.

Archery Committee

Responsible for managing the archery range, including range maintenance, overseeing and monitoring safety protocols, and providing feedback to the Board.

Lake & Conservation Committee

Oversees the condition and safety of the dam, lake, trails, and campgrounds. Responsibilities include maintenance, best practices, safety protocols, fish stocking, and Board feedback.

Facilities Committee

Responsible for Chapter House and grounds maintenance, including mowing, trash collection, road and gate maintenance, equipment storage and upkeep, and plumbing and HVAC systems.

Marketing & Outreach Committee

Supports club visibility and communication through social media, community marketing, newsletters, and the website.

Fundraising Committee

Manages raffles and develops quarterly fundraising initiatives.

Finance Committee

Operates under the Treasurer to maintain checks and balances and assist with workload overflow.

Provides leadership and coordination for:
